Recruiter Packages Available for Philly Magnet Career Fair

Connect your company with Philadelphia’s brightest talent!

Recruit at the PhillyMagnet Career Fair, powered by the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News and Philly.com/Monster, and meet a diverse and talented pool of job candidates looking to work with some of the top companies in the region.

The fair will take place on Tuesday, April 20, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, located in Center City Philadelphia.

The candidates represent a broad spectrum of education and experience, from entry-level to mid-career and upper-management:

  • 93% possessed a high school degree or equivalent
  • 49% possessed an associate’s degree or higher and
  • 48% possessed management/executive level experience

Additionally, the talent pool was comprised of a 50/50 ratio of men and women and a mix of ethnic backgrounds.
