Greater Philadelphia's Business Leaders Meet with the Region's Congressional Delegation
Next month, dozens of Chamber members will travel by private car on Amtrak to Washington, D.C. for Chamber Day, an annual public policy event that connects Greater Philadelphia's prominent business leaders with the region's congressional delegation for a full day of insightful meetings in our nation’s capital.
At this event, Chamber participants will be able to develop key relationships with each other and with congressional members as we advance our regional business community's agenda. The event will take place from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
After enjoying private service on Amtrak from Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station to Union Station in Washington, D.C., the morning session will consist of individual briefings by regional members of the U.S. House of Representatives. Lunch will be served during the afternoon session, which will feature briefings from regional U.S. Senators. Participating legislators will be available for questions following their presentations.
Chamber Day is sponsored by Boeing, Endo Pharmaceuticals, ESM Productions, FMC, Independence Blue Cross, and Saul Ewing.
